Rules & Regulations are hallmark of a civilized society, and are created to ensure smooth running of the day-to-day affairs of any society. We at Crystal Plaza also follow the basic guidelines as enacted under the Byelaws governing the conduct of Co-operative Societies.

Apart from these, we also follow these guidelines when it comes to dealing with various issues in the Society :

  • Buying & Selling of property is with the prior permission of the Society.
  • Leasing/Renting of Units will need approvals/NOC from the Society.
  • Offices are allowed to function till 2230 hrs (10.30 p.m.)
  • Water is supplied from 9.30 am till 6.30 p.m. on all days, except Sundays.
  • Lifts are functional and operational from 8 a.m. till 9.00 p.m. on all Wings.
  • After 9 p.m. the C wing lift is operational till 10.30 p.m.
  • Entrance gates to Wings A, B, D, E will be shut at 9.00 p.m.
  • C Wing entrance will remain open till 10.30 p.m.
  • Only the C Wing entrance is open till 10.30 p.m. on Sundays.
  • Parking is STRICTLY on FIRST COME FIRST SERVED basis.
  • Parking is ONLY for Unit Owners and Tenants who have a valid CPPCSL sticker.
  • CPPCSL stickers are non-transferable.
  • Members/Tenants cannot park their vehicles overnight in the premises if their units are shut.
  • 2 wheelers/autos/taxis are NOT allowed to enter the Society premises at all times.
  • Goods vehicles can enter the Society premises before 9.00 a.m between 7.00pm and 9.30 pm (Mon-Sat). On Sundays, goods vehicles are permitted to enter the premises from 9.00 am to 6.00pm only.
  • Exit of goods of any nature will need a gate pass on the letterhead of the company/unit.
  • Recruitment companies desiring to conduct walk-in interviews need to inform the Society office prior to the scheduled date of the interviews. At no time will the Society allow people to crowd around in the passages and / or Society premises.
  • Loitering, littering, spitting etc are Prohibited in the Society premises.
  • Trespassing is STRICTLY PROHIBITED, offenders are liable to be prosecuted under relevant laws and or fined.
  • Water wastage attracts a penalty/fine of Rs.1500/- for the 1st offence.
